Architecture, Engineering + Construction (AEC)

•  2-5+ years in AEC industry working with Proposals and RFP's
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Graphic Design or related
• Proficiency with InDesign + MS Office Suite

• 5-8+ years in AEC industry
• Lead development projects through due diligence and entitlements including zoning code review, pre-application meetings, agency coordination, neighborhood meetings, application preparation, and submittal.
• Prepare application documents and monitor and maintain land use project schedules.
• American Planning Association Certification preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution, or equivalent four-year degree associated with Mechanical Engineering systems.
• Registration and designation as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Idaho or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in the design of mechanical and HVAC systems and distribution. 
• Engineering Project Management experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited program.
• 3-5 years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
• FE / EIT (may be required)
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Mechanical engineering design of basic HVAC and plumbing systems for institutional, retail and commercial building projects.

• Associates degree, or informed knowledge of the field of engineering, design or construction.
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Complete Mechanical (Plumbing and HVAC) engineering design tasks for institutional, retail and commercial building projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Registration and designation as a Professional Engineer (PE)
•  A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in the engineering of electrical power systems
• Designing technical solutions on power distribution and lighting systems for institutional, retail and commercial building projects.

• Bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from an ABET Accredited program.
• 2-5 years of Mechanical Engineering experience.
• In the process of passing FE/EIT Exams.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Participate in technical development of schematic, design, construction documents, specifications and construction administration for institutional, retail and commercial building projects.

•  Minimum of 8 years of direct industry experience is required in GROUND UP, low rise/high rise in Modular, Facilities, Industrial or commercial projects.. 
• P.E. licensure in civil or structural engineering is required. 
• Bachelor of science degree in civil or structural engineering is required. 

• Minimum of 3 years of direct industry experience is required in ground up low rise/high rise in Modular, Facilities, Industrial or commercial projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or Engineer Intern (E.I.) is required, P.E. preferred.
• Bachelor of Science degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
