STORY: Our Consultant relocated back to his hometown to be close to family during Covid.  He was a career Asset Manager who work in LA + NY and found himself in Property Management.

CAREER GOALS: To get back on track into Asset Management.

RESULT: He was hired as an Asset Manager. Received a base salary increase of $35,000. He was back in alignment with his career path and was promoted to VP of Asset Mgmt 6 months later.

STORY: Our Consultant was a Senior level professional working for a large national firm, but he had ambitions of climbing the corporate ladder. His current firm lacked consistent pipeline of work and his targeted career path was at least 10 years off based on his goal.

CAREER GOALS: To work for a firm that offered more stability and upward mobility.

RESULT: He was hired at our client as a Senior PM, received a $10,000 base increase + stock ownership in the firm. We was promoted to Associate Principal 8 months later.

STORY: Our Consultant had spent a decade building and growing a family run organization. He was a "mover and shaker". As time went on, the original goal of growth at his current firm began to stifle as Senior leadership took their foot off the gas.

CAREER GOALS: To work with an organization who had aggressive goals for growth.

RESULT: He was hired at our client as the new COO to support the current CEO with aggressive growth goals and ultimately live out his original purpose with this next chapter. He received a $75,000 base increase.

STORY: Our consultant was at the beginning of his career, but had great reporting analysis experience.

RESULT: He was hired at our client, a large emerging Real Estate Developer and Management firm,  as an Asset Management Analyst, received a $10,000 base increase + is getting direct mentorship and exposure to exciting project data where he can grow his skillset and build a long term career path.

STORY: Our Consultant was a Senior level professional who had worked for several Startup SaaS firms, currently trying to land at his next opportunity where he could make an immediate impact.

CAREER GOALS: Wanted an opportunity where he could build his own team, have some freedoms to create processes and programs and leverage some equity.

RESULT: He was hired at our client, a SaaS data analytics firm in the hospitality space. The entire interview process took 7 days from 1st interview to start. He received equity in the company and was promoted 3 months later to SVP of Sales.

STORY: Our Consultant had spent his entire career climbing the corporate ladder working for fortune 500 companies and was looking for his next role that he could finish out his career with.

CAREER GOALS: He had always managed the financial responsibilities of large firms, that were on autopilot and he wanted to join an organization that he could see his direct impact.

RESULT: He was hired at our client as the CFO of a 3rd generation construction firm in the Oil + Gas space.  He is currently helping the firm achieve aggressive growth goals and we negotiated a custom long term incentive plan where he can walk away with a large balloon payment based on his impact.

STORY: Our Consultant was struggling to manage two part time jobs, duties of  a single mother and didn't have benefits.

CAREER GOALS: To work for an organization that offered full time hours and benefits and a work life balance so she can be present for her daughter's extra curricular activities.

RESULT: She was hired at our client, one of the largest school district's in the state as a Contract Staff Accountant. She had a stable 40 hour job that offered flexibility for her daughter and a $20,000 base salary increase which ended up being more than her two previous roles combined. She was converted to full time hire two months early before the holidays and given another raise + benefits. She is now present at all of her daughters activities.
