With our Talent Studio, you paying for our screening and available talent, not standard recruitment fees, resulting in lower costs and the flexibility to hire strategically throughout the year. This translates to reduced placement fees and the freedom to proactively plan and hire throughout the year.

Our experience spans the breadth of Big Staffing, where the norm was to work with a client for a single placement per year, based on a percentage of the first year's salary. However, we're charting a new course. We aim to forge a different kind of partnership with our clients, offering talent solutions that are not only affordable but also enhance their capacity to allow multiple successful hires annually, supported by external resources whenever necessary.

- Contingent: 25%
- Container: 20% ($5000 down payment, remainder due at hire)
- Retainer: 15% (5% up front, 5% at hire, 5% 30 days after)

Our Flat Fee Model*, not standard placement fees, results in lower costs and the flexibility to hire strategically throughout the year. This translates to reduced placement fees and the freedom to proactively plan and scale headcount throughout the year.
*This hiring model is reserved for volume hiring (3 or more) hires.
PRICING -$5000 upfront/per position to activate search and flat fee structure. Deposit will be applied to total fee.
- Under $100k: $12,500 ($5k upfront, $7500 upon hire)
