STORY: When we first met, our Consultant was thriving in a respected national brand. He was consistently exceeding targets and held in high regard — but something was missing. RESULT: He was hired at our client, a SaaS data analytics firm in the hospitality space. The entire interview process took 7 days from 1st interview to start and he received equity in the company. UPDATE: He was promoted 3 months later to SVP of Sales.

She was converted to full time hire two months early before the holidays and given another raise + benefits. She is now present at all of her daughters activities.
